The house is a simple beige two-floor villa of 718.5 square meters in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. It was designed by Izquierdo Lehmann Arquitectos on large and exquisite site which not only gave space for such large house but also accommodated the pool near it. 

Most public living spaces are separated only by glass walls which in addition to ceiling windows helps the house to capture natural light in the work of the day.

Amazing landscape views could be basically capture from the inside of the house thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows around whole perimeter. Transparency is the main feature of the inside.

Familiar with racing, carbon composite ultra-lightweight but very hard & heat resistant fiber is widely used in the aerospace. Product of a complex method, carbon is a material of exceptional quality. For this kitchen is the sheet material & applied to a glass facade. The kitchen has become more virile, futuristic & modern.

House Design-House Inside of a House

This is the story of a house inside of a house: The new owners began stripping away the yellow paint as their first task, which revealed to their great surprise some ancient & valuable Vilnius bricks. They also discovered that originally, this small building was a cannon foundry. Because of the significant historical value, they decided to restore the elderly building & bring it back to life. Enter Architectural Bureau G.Natkevicius & Partners. Because it was a small for the dwelling they had in mind, they decided to also build a home around it, made of mostly glass, to show off & protect their prize, which also provided them with brilliant 360 degree views of the fantastic landscape. The result of their creativity, planning & hard work, was a stylish modern house with a rustic inner flair.
